How to make other Races ( captured ) work for you?

Hi ,

I'm wondering how to make captured people in cage work for me ?

I know there is Df hack and dfusion , but honestly i don't really get it. I tried to find and read how to , but i dont really understand.

Can someone help me?

1. Type dfusion into the dfhack console.
2. Type the key corresponding to "friendship".
