Kobolds, as their origin has them literally made from dragon blood, are pretty strongly dragonblooded; dragonwrought kobolds are even more so.

And that doesn't count for much with Drak's behavior

The Storm Giant class grants an ability that lets you make attack rolls with bows using Con instead of Dex. Because that totally makes sense.

He's totally an archer/blaster. Either he uses Call Lightning to zap people within 170', or he shoots his Thunder Bow twice at someone within 150'. In theory, he could melee it up and trample people, but I see no reason to do that when I have a +4 Bow and the ability to zap lightning out of my giant fingers.

I'm going to mention that most of Osle's stuff is pretty terrible. There are exceptions, granted. There would also be issues with actually fitting in places, keeping fed, etc. It's a massive bag of worms that would be rather difficult to deal with.
