The Fly skill? I'm pretty sure Fly is only a skill in Pathfinder. This is what I used. Hummingbird/housefly is Perfect.

Less "Skill" and more "Rules". Here is what I used.

Oh, hey, Hummingbird or housefly isn't perfect after all. Why is that? They seem pretty much perfect to me.

Probably. That said, his manuverability sucks, and flying spells come online at this level anyways.
In one level, I'll actually get to fly, too...

Have I ever told you how happy I am you guys don't incidentally murder your own teammates? I am really happy about that.
So am I, since I'd probably be the murdered.
Oh, wait, accident.

I think your best bet for More Power would come from size increases. Right now you're getting a base damage of 3d6 for hitting with a Large sized Exordius. If you can somehow get ahold of a psionic item that does Augmented Expansion you start doing 4d6 from Huge Exordius or 6d6 for Gargantuan Exordius. This would also scale up the base damage on your claws and bite to 1d8 & 2d6 respectively for Huge or 2d6 & 3d6 respectively for Gargantuan. Plus all of those Strength increases that come along with it. Psi tattoos of it would cost 225gp for an hour of Gargantuanness or 75gp for 20 minutes of mere Hugeness. And getting drunk and waking up with a bunch of tats would be completely in character for Asraen. If you can get some Enlarge Person on top of that, we can get you up to Colossal, wielding Colossal Exordius for 8d6, Colossal claws for 4d6 and a Colossal bite for 6d6.

And, of course, if you let me use the natural weapon breach that Taricus keeps saying is useless, you get to walk around with a Colossal++ (ie, one bigger than the biggest epic dragons) sized bite that, according to my extrapolating, would have a base damage of 12d6 damage and allow you to chew through solid stone.
Neat.
I'd advise a Ring of Growth (Savage Species), that should help.

Oh, hey, Hummingbird or housefly isn't perfect after all. Why is that? They seem pretty much perfect to me.
I dunno, mess-up in WotC's part? Wanting to save "perfect" for unearthly things?

The only meaningful difference between Good maneuverability and Perfect is that Perfect doesn't need to waste 5ft of movement to turn in place and can go full speed straight up.

So basically, I am now a flying bearangel that is functionally the avatar of the god of debauchery and goodly hedonism, wielding a sword that is basically the avatar of good conquering evil.

And working with a half-dark-elf, half-black-dragon.

Difficult times make for strange bedfellows. But not really bedfellows, because Raiss is gay. How else could she resist a charisma score of 24? :P

Also, is your character just a basic Kobold with nifty classes, or is he a half-breed like me and Raiss?
