If I recall correctly, there was a sword, a suit of chainmail and a bow. Plus the pick, spool of wire and 6 Alchemist's fires that we looted from the graves.
I'll keep the pick and the Alchemist's fires.

I got the sword. He told me it was +1 Ghost Touch. If anyone wants it, I'll let them have it.

Treasures!:

Terentius's Blade: A Masterwork Longsword composed of blue ice. It appears to have attained minor magical abilities to pierce the veil between the ethereal and material. Functionally identical to a +1 Ghost Touch Longsword. Sale value 2765 GP.

Quintillius's Pick: Masterwork heavy Pick, adamantine bladed. Sale Value 3000~ gp.

Jacob's armour: Thistledown Padded armour. It's light construction prevents it from interfering with somatic components. Sale price 745 gp.

Mundane chainmail, Sale price ordinary.

A jersey made of Earthsilk. Sale price 150, provides DR 1/Bludgeoning.

If your total wealth does not exceed the level four WBL +50%, you may credit yourself a corresponding amount of gold! If it is over, I highly advise you dump a little gold into the fortress or team benefitting items, but I won't force you.

Exploratory surveyings hold promising results- The land bears minerals, but also deep caves leading far underground, which could bring danger. The marsh is cold, but many pools of standing water are hot springs, often visited for their medicinal capacity. Rumours abound of the occasional dwarven caravan getting lost in the marsh....Perhaps they could be found someday?

My calculations suggest I am about 400 gp below WBL+50%.
So, just coinage? Okay, nice and convenient.

Or best of all: Donated it to your nearest half-dragon so they can have a coin couch :P

Note: I can't exactly calculate WBL, so someone may need to look my sheet over for that for me. The minerals and caves could provide to be a twofold benefit for us in the form of wealth and arable land respectively (No telling what's in the cave however...)

The hot springs, we could likely utilize, especially if there's one close to the fort. If so, we could potentially use that as a source of hot water.

I'm also dragonblooded. And the 1,170 gp (IIRC) I have would make a pretty acceptable bed once converted to silver...

Anyways, WBL for 4th level is 5,400 gp; +50% makes it 8,000, which is 200 gp more than I calculated a moment ago...let me fix something...

Please note you're subjected to a draconic heirarchy here. AKA I preference for a coin couch :P

So you think.
You're half-dragon. Kobolds were literally made from dragon blood.

Current WBL is:
  35.00gp - crossbow
  10.00gp - bolts
1000.00gp - cloak
750.00gp - wand of cure light wounds
750.00gp - wand of silent image
750.00gp - wand of charm person
 150.00gp - armour
 100.00gp - instrument
 100.00gp - thief tools
  80.00gp - climber kit
   1.00gp - blanket x 2
   1.00gp - grappling hook
   2.00gp - rope x 200ft
   1.00gp - waterskin
   9.00gp - cold weather outfit
1370.00gp - cash

4109.00gp - total

I think I'm fine, since 750 is invested in a healing wand. I should seriously buy some stuff, though.

You're still only half-draconic.
