Yeah. Nine thirty. Should be good for me. I just have to do up my PCP Paladin and we'll be all good.

I'll be building a character over the week, probably during work. I'm sick of playing solitaire when no customers are in and all the paperwork's done :P

For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

I can make the time, but do not know if I'm playing or just waitlisted.

Indeed. It depends if Xantalos can make it saturday, really, in which case he will be replaced by someone on the waitlist if he cannot.

Also, I should set up the campaign on roll20.net, because I still need to do that.

EDIT: And no, I can't just launch myself into it, because it pretty much requires the DM to do everything, up to and including placing player tokens. It's a bit annoying when I get lovely illustrated maps and you get to draw in with crayons -_-

Yes, depends on whether I stop procrastinating and actually make a character sheet.

Fun fact: Mythweavers sucks on a tablet. Normally, it's great, but evidently a tablet's interface changes that. Somehow I ended up typing in ability scores in the low thousands with two digits. And this was just the last straw.
I'll still do this, it'll just take a bit longer...

Edit: Random question. Wrex, in your opinion, are kobolds a subpar race, and if so can you think of some benefits they would be allowed to receive in return? Also, any objections to Draconomicon or Races of the Dragon?

Kobolds are what, 1/4th of a challenge rating? I mean, if used intelligently, they can be just as dangerous as anything else, but 1/4 is pretty subpar.

And look at the stats. -4 Str and -2 Con for +2 Dex. That's closely comparable to elves and halflings, but obviously worse than either. No special bonuses like saving throw bonuses or bonus proficiencies, either. Unless you count the skill bonuses (two of which are almost never used, as opposed to the elves' and the halflings') and either Small size or 30 foot speed. And to stick you with a bit more insult on top of injury, light sensitivity.

On the note of skills, is Search under Notice too?

As a PC race, kobolds are indeed kinda shit. Net of -4 to attributes, daylight sensitivity, useless skill bonuses. The main niches they can work in is Ranged Weapon Rogue and even that would be better served by just being a halfling or something. The other option is a dragonfire inspiration bard, but you can meet the qualification there by spending a feat if you're allowed to use dragonfire inspiration at all.

On the bright side, draconic blood!
Yeah, I'm no powergamer. Heck, I had to ask the GitP forums why monks were so bad!

Really, I think kobolds would be fine if you just got rid of the -4 to Strength. There's no real reason that a kobold should be exceptionally weaker than a halfling or a gnome.
