Step zero: Become Mindblanked. Have a Divine rank appropriate to this adventure. Obtain a Fortitude, Will and Reflex save of at least 65. Meet all other prerequisities for even considering killing a god.
Step one: Clone yourself a minimum of twenty times with Simulacrum.
Step two: Obtain for each clone the following: a wand of Prying Eyes. The ablity to cast Sadism(BoVD spell) and Quickened Cone of Cold via wands, scrolls or actual spellcasting. A staff with at least one charge of Word of Chaos on it.
Step three: Order your posse of clones to fight their way up to the Iron Tower.
Step four: Order your clones in one by one to attack Dispater using the method described in steps five through seven:
Step five: Repeatedly wave your Wand of Prying Eyes 46 times, producing a minimum of 920 eyes assuming your caster level is 20. Order the eyes to group as closely together as possible and follow you.
Step six: Go up to Dispater and cast Sadism followed by Quickened Cone of Cold. You now have a bonus to a single attack roll, save or skill check equal to +92.
Step seven: Staffcast Word of Chaos centered on Dispater, making a UMD check to emmulate class feature: Spellcasting. Your effective caster level is now 1d20+your usual UMD mod+92. This allows you to A] bypass Dispater's Spell Resistance even on a 1, and B] Kill/destroy all non-chaotic creatures within a 40ft radius that have HD less than or equal to 82. The first eighteen times he will use Iron Curtain or Perseverating Glance to save himself, which is why you need several clones to attack in sequence.
