Point 11 in the last link cited nails it. Faeces and sex are facts of life for mature people, but as you know the mass media tailor their content to the average 10-year old, so putting it the vanilla version is not in the cards. Other avenues are making it optional/another version, though that would mean maintaining and updating two versions, or modding - which has its limits. Though if proper defecation for other sentients happens, it would be rather easy to switch it on for dwarves.

Why cant we like pay or something for a "Mature" version then? Would gladly pay 10 bucks for dumping a giant load of shit into an incoming goblin invasion.
