I did not
completely forgot to update this, only
almost forgot it.
Amroth screws the first lightning up, the team doesn't even look surprised at this point. The direwolf is the first to reach the two ogres, and the war training shows: it easily evades their clumsy attacks, and bites one of the monsters at the wrist, disarming it. Ishar uses that opporutinty to the maximum, and sinks his sword deep into the ogre's chest. The enraged ogre bats him away in retaliation, and the sword remains stuck in its chest.
Sir faces the other opponent alone, they exchange a few quick blows, and neither one is able to hurt the other. The direwolf comes in to help the dwarf, and bites at the ogre's ankle, disorienting it somewhat. For its efforts, the wolf gets clubbed in the side, that sends it flying away. Amroth fires another lightning bolt, hitting the confused ogre in the head. The beast falls down on its back, and Sir finishes it off.
Ishar is busy dodging for his life, as the other, heavily bleeding ogre is trying to catch him. The direwolf gets back at its feet at this point, and jumps at the ogre's troat. War-trained or not, the wolf is still no match for the huge ogre, but it hardly matters, as the blood loss slowly takes its toll, and the ogre eventually collapses.
1000 gold. Time to upgrade from that iron sword, this could have been easier.
Tyd tries to get in the mood with a fancy headshot, but instead, he manages to screw it up, completely missing his target. As he has the attetion of one man-at-arms, Ettad charges the other. He is strong enough to knock his opponent off his feet with a shield bash, but isn1t quick enough to deliver a killing blow. The soldier trusts upwards with his spear, impaling Ettad's weapon-hand. even though he drops his axe, the adrenaline rush is enough for him to bash in the enemy's troat, ending him.
Tyd fires again, this time scoring a solid hit. This barely gives him enough time to dodge the battleaxe of the other soldier. Ettad almost collapses from his injury, but manages to regain his standing, and moves in to help the kobold, armed only with his shield. The axeman notices his approach, and delivers a brutal swing, shattering his other arm as well, the shield doesn't help him much. Tyd uses the opportunity, and shoots the man-at-arms in the back immediately, now he is heavily injured. Ettad finally collapses from the pain, but nobody pays him any attention now, as Tyd is busy surviving the duel, and the human fighter is now completely focused on the kobold. The nimble kobold avoids his axe two times, and manages to reload just before the third, now scoring a perfect headshot that ends the battle then and there.

Thranduil easily hits the ogre with his first move. Regardless of the powerful composite bow, the arrow itself doesn't do much damage, and the ogre barely notices it, but the posion will take its toll soon... Radaghast tries to freeze the ogre to gain some time to deal with the tigers, and although he fails to freeze the ogre solid, the beast is definitely slowed down a bit. The alpha throws itself towards the four tigers, and quickly overpowers one of them. The three others try to claw the direwolf, but the copper armor protects it long enough for Celeborn to help. He quickly slashes one of tiger's troat, but doesn't manage to evade the others. So the alpha dominates one of the tigers, slowly biting it to death, one of the beasts is dead, and two of them are on top of the fallen Celeborn.
The ogre is after Thranduil now, but with its reduced speed, the elf dodges it without much difficulty, firing poisoned arrows at it. The ogre starts to feel the effect of the posion at this point, but Radaghast's freezing spell also slowed down its circulatory system, so it's definitely still a serious threat. Radaghast heals Celeborn, which gives him enough boost to break free from the tigers, and even cut into the bowels of one. That tiger soon collapses, and the other is tackled to the ground by the alpha, which finished its first opponent by now. Celeborn trusts the alpha to deal with the remaining tiger, and joins Thranduil against the ogre, a bit too late.
The freezing spell expired, and that caught the elf ranger off guard: he takes a club to the stomach, knocking him out cold. Several of his bones may be broken, he's definitely out from this fight. Celeborn slashes at the ogre, but doesn't cause much more than shallow cuts. Radaghast fares better, with his ice ball hitting the monster's face. Celeborn attacks again, cutting a deep gash into the left arm. They do battle for quite a while, the fighters aren't able to slay the monsters with sheer power, but it finally collapses from Thranduil's posion. In the end, no other fighter is hurt, just the ranger.
You gain 900 gold. Thranduil is seriously injured, he needs to sit the next one out, or fight with half HP.
Cadmus shows off his longbow skills by promptly shooting one of the tigers in the face, killing it instantly. The crowd goes wild, this opening move is a rare feat. The other tiger avoids Mog's firebolt, and kills the team's wolf mid-charge. Snaps its neck, pronto. Medea deep-freezes it in turn, and Cadmus shatters the frozen tiger with a well-placed shot. The crowd is pleased, this was a great show of skill.
You gain 200 gold, plus another 100 for the criticals. This was weird, quite a chain of critical hits and fails.
