I do need to work on the Pokemon stat conversion (assuming I have to and not just say 'turn the stats to decimals and round down to the nearest whole number')).

EC, the distribution is fairly simple: -1 to +1 is the average human range. Exceptional humans tend to be +2 to +4, with rather pitiful people being -2 to -4. Anything +5 and above is beyond (un-augmented) human, etc.

Ah. I'd think:

• Baby Pokemon (Pokemon only acquirable by breeding, i.e Igglybuff, Larvesta, Magby) would be +1 to +2
• Basic Pokemon (run of the mill Pokemon that you get by walking in the wild/or get from the professor of the region, i.e Axew, Bulbasaur, etc.) being +3 to +5
• Unevolving Pokemon (Druddigon, Seviper) being +4/+5,
• Full evolved Pokemon being +6 to +7
• And most legendaries (not counting the small, cute ones like Celebi, Jirachi, and etc; those would be at +6/+7.) being at the top of the scale, at +9/+10.
