Well, what range do they span?
I know you don't quite have it finalized yet, but do you have a vague idea of their range and maybe the amount of stat points available at level 1?

Each stat ranges from -5 to +5. Figured I'd cut out the middleman. And I'm still trying to work out point availability.

Then when you work the availability out, it should be simple enough to drop/add stats.

I've worked a rudimentary conversion.

Strength-Attack
Endurance-Defense
Agility-Speed
Will-Sp. Defense (resisting magic, special Pokemon moves, non Phys Persona attacks, etc)
Intelligence- Sp. Attack (using special moves)
Dexterity- Accuracy
Luck- Evasiveness
