And if you're wondering: Camille only really cares about the gears inside Maria and frankly would be obsessed with 'her' no matter what apparent gender he/she had. Natasha similarly is mostly interested in Ke's destructive potential, being fond of fire and explosions and general deconstruction. (HAPPY BIRTHDAAAY!)

Well, if you strip Saber of her title, history and Avalon, as well as some more cosmetic changes, yes.

No point in removing Pendragon, since you're pretty much the only person to catch the reference, and I had the Persona from the start.
