Added a glossary and elemental weakness system to the Persona part of the Bestiary.

The latter bit is for translating weaknesses/resistances to/from Persona to other systems.

Also, Beholders? Only Saxton and Angerus, and maybe Richard (with stat boosts and Ixion) or Primal Ke could take one on mano-y-mano.

And yet you ship Richard/Iris without too much shipping there neither.
Keep in mind that the very last time Iris and Richard interacted was having a small squabble in the canteen.

Well, It and magic don't agree with each other. It is the product of someone throwing large amounts of magic at something. It was also later twisted through liberal application of magic. So after a few centuries of that, It becomes... unstable, near large amounts of magic.
