Alan opens his eyes. He sits up and takes a look around. Apparently, he's still inside the dreamship, as he calls it now. Apparently falling asleep in your dreams doesn't wake you up. Oh well.

He takes another look around. He recognises the barracks, but nobody else is inside. He climbs out of bed and goes out into the corridor.

Ellie starts muttering something in a language It doesn't understand.

"There's not a lot of other options, the ship's fairly sparse as far as reading material goes. So, where exactly is that map leading us?"

"There's not a lot of other options, the ship's fairly sparse as far as reading material goes. So, where exactly is that map leading us?"

"I have no clue, mostly because the walking wall has it, and I'm a little scared to ask him for it."

"He appears to be in stasis."

"That bodes well."

After walking for a while through the airship, Alan finds himself inside the cockpit. There's nobody else inside, so he takes a seat and examines the airship controls for a while. They're a lot more primitive than anything he knows from the real world, but since they're a product of his own mind he figures that they can't be hard to identify. They aren't.

Ellie opens her eyes again, this time, they aren't as shakey. She also appears to be more lucid.
