A pair of red eyes peered curiously from one of the trees, up in the branches. Whatever it is, it is looking curiously at the group.

The red eyes stare directly at Richard for a moment, before a rustling sound would be heard, the eyes being obscured. If one looks carefully, one might see a very thin slit of red.. Or the white hands covering the eyes almost desperately.

The eyes would be seen again, staring directly at the bolter, before a very shocked creature would fall from the tree, hissing franticly, almost screaming.
