Richard waved his bat and shifted his stance. He was back from being nearly unconscious.

"Keep going and keep Iris safe. Me and Saxton here will cover you."

Plus, he was psyched about fighting with SAXTON HALE himself. He loved TF2 two years back, and he found Saxton a funny character. A badass one too.

Nathan follows a few feet behind Allan, gripping his knife tightly.

Richard thought for a second, then took out his Evoker.

"Sarutobi Sasuke!"

He summoned the Wind Ninja. His attacks were much less taxing on Richard than Ixion, but were much less powerful.
He gestured at one and it was buffeted by a strong gust of wind.

"Thought you were a bit tired for that, mate?"
He swings the tree at an armor, and upon collision, it soars off into the desert.

"I recovered a bit. I can fight for a bit with this, but not for long..."

Richard pointed at another couple of armors, and Sarutobi blasted them backwards with wind.

Saxton hesitates for a moment, then picks up Richard, and looks straight in his eyes.
"Mate, I don't think you're ready for this kind of fightin' yet. I got these. You go protect that cat woman and the other magic thrower. We don't know about their powers. Yeah, also, this isn't optional."
He hurls Richard towards the others with an underhanded toss.
"Use that wind magic of yours-Ack!"
One of the armors had slugged him in the back.
"I'm not afraid of someones rejected clothes!"
He takes the trees roots, and crashes them into the armors helm.

Richard groaned.
"That didn't help..."

He sprints towards Allan and Iris, defending them with Sarutobi. Saxton was right. Richard would not be able to handle that many.

The shadow armors attempt to rush Saxton all at once.

Without summnoning anything and without superhuman strength, Barth had gotten to fighting the armors by Richard's side, backstepping and getting amidst the trees to avoid their attacks.

Due to the fact he was not extremely used to fighting spectral armors, the most he did was dodging and occasionally nicking their armor with his hatchet. At least he was able to dodge properly after so much time avoiding getting himself killed.

"Well, damn." he said as he watched Saxton toss Richard. The medic dodged the nearby armor's attack and ran away, trying to help Richard get up.

"Gah...thanks, mate. I think Saxton can handle the rest of them on his own."

The shadow armor's numbers are thinning due to Saxton's actions, however, the Hound is still coming.

Saxton crashes the tree down, creating a slight shockwave from the sheer force of its impact. Some leaves flutter off, and blow in the wind around him. He throws out his chest, breathes deeply, and screams like an animal.
"SAXTON! HALE!"
A bloodthirsty smile spreads over his face, and he swings the tree across their line.

The shadow armors' numbers are thinned rapidly, and the rest flee.

However, the hound shows up and burns Saxton's makeshift club to cinders.

"Ha! What a fiesty little pup!"
He sprints towards it, leaping upwards at the last moment, and clipping his foots against its face. He continued flying into the air, and got a good look at the landscape mid flight.
Perfect...
He sees a lake far in the horizon, and as he crashes down into the forest, makes the roar of an angered rottweiler at the hound, and starts sprinting towards the forest.

The Hound jumps above Saxton and lands in front of him.

And it rears, about ready to pounce on him...

And it rolls on it's belly, tongues rolling out of it's heads.

It appears it wants Saxton to play with it.

"Jus' like that bear down in Brazil!"
Saxton scratches the monster on its stomach, making sure to restrain his strength to avoid accidentally hurting it. He goes to a tree, and rips one of its branches off. He takes the branch, waves it in front of the dogs face, and throws it out into the forest.
"Fetch!"

The Hound bounds off into the forest, looking for the branch, and returns several minutes later with the branch in it's mouth.

It appears to like Saxton.
