As Nathan follows Angerus, his leg gets hit by a stray bolt.

Lucas runs out of nails, and instead switches to actual bullets.
"Um... Yeah, Into the other Spire! Get moving, I'll make a small barricade!"
He falls back towards the bridge, and uses his power to strip the floor of the chamber they were just in to create a large Defensive wall, leaving a hole for the others to fall back through.
"This is just crazy. Seriously, how many of these things could there be? My Gun is out of Nails, so I'm stuck with plain old bullets. We should get to the Titan as soon as possible. I mean, its a fully armed battle walker, right? That means its Capable of full on Warfare. We could easily take out these things using that."

The party comes to the staris leading down to the lower levels of the spire. Their trap doors are locked for some odd reason. Angerus rips them off their hinges and continues downwards muttering "I HOPE THIS WASN'T A BAD IDEA!" As he steps onto a half eaten corpse of a hideous mutant he realizes it might have been.

New Area
The Spire of Unbridled Magic

The Spire of Unbridled Magic was where most of the magical experminets of the City of Stone Trees went on. Mostly becasue of the magcial font that flowed through the building but also becasue the mages there had less ethics than others. When the Angry Marines attacked many of the expermients were let out of their cages and the mages were mutated by the pure magic of the font. There was a bridge on one of the higher levels that lead to the the Tower of Magical Healing, for when the mages expermients went wrong. The Vanbolds closed this tower off when the took over the ruins and the only things here will be the mutants and experminets of the mages...and maybe some of the mages themselves.

"Goddamn. Why are we going down here again?"

"Idiocy. Plus, the robot."

"I SAW A BRIDGE AND THERE WAS TOO MANY FUCKING VANBOLDS UP TOP! WE WOULD HAVE TAKE FOREVER FIGHTING THEM AND SOME OF US DON'T HAVE FOREVER!" He looks at Ke.

"Because if we stayed behind, those things would overwhelm us. This place is just like Thurne. Right down to the ruined spire and alien swarms.
Lucas preps his Suit for combat, switching on some weird purple-Thermals. With them, the people like Brecan and Richard Have a glow much larger then they actually are.

Brecan snapped out of the trance-like state he had been in, his eyes going wide at the sight of some many kobolds/vanbolds/whatever. He hung back, his hands starting to glow crimson.

"FILTHY STINKING VERMIN! DIE!"

Crimson lightning began flashing from his hands, frying vanbolds left and right. He began cackling like mad, a psychotic grin on his face.

"THIS IS FOR STEALING MY PET CAT WHEN I WAS TEN! AND THIS IS FOR RUINING AN EXPERIMENT! AND THIS IS FOR JUST PLAIN BEING ANNOYING LITTLE FUCKWADS!"

Each sentence was punctuated by abnormally large bolts of crimson lightning.

Ellie returns from the bathroom and falls back into bed.

Nathan flips open his knife. He then inhales heavily before digging the crossbow bolt out of his leg.

Seeing that the Vanbolds had lost their intrest in the after the entered the tower Angerus leads the party onwards, deeper in the depths. ((If someone wants to make a map of the tower feel free, just rember that this was a place of not only magical experminatation but also where people lived. The bridge is three floors down.))

Brecan continues to flip the fuck out, ranting and raving.

"FUCKING KOBOLDS!"

Saxton follows along, glancing about and cracking his knuckles as he walks down.
"How deep?"

Brecan storms along with the group, waving his quartestaff about and shouting.

"I HATE KOBOLDS! FUCKING KOBOLDS! GAH!"
