Getting pointed to a bridge in a quest?

I just got a quest to kill some legendary lizardman with 95 kills from a lady, and the quest pointer was a bridge?  I'm playing as a demon in the genesis mod, anyone know what the problem is?

If the bridge is on the edge of a town, then that's because quest markers only point you to the edge of the town where the quest target is. You'll have to go around asking the townspeople for Service and track him down manually from their directions.

I tried asking but it seems that the quest is from another civilization and they refuse to give me help.
