Reasons why not:

The author playing with you? Think about it...
The suspicion of cheating that is completely justified but inaccurate? I would have to come up with a system against it. Too lazy.
Multiple other semi-obvious reasons.

Actually, if anything, it requires you to not know when you're being insulted. And must I repeat it? I HAVE DONE NOTHING TO SUCCESSFULLY HURT YOU. Or anyone but Arken for that matter. I just realized I suck at my job. Oh well, when you're dead, I'll go back to my happy go lucky weapon finding adventures.

Well, to be fair, INT isn't used much at all so far. He would be total cannon fodder to Valentine if he chose to attack, but considering no one is talking or doing anything else that requires anything except your brain stem. It doesn't come into play much.
