Now you have to keep replaying it for the sake of the lore.

Can someone guide me in the direction of a working copy of the game files?  I just need an original copy of DDraw.dll and Spgraph.dll .  I copied my files for the windowed version of the game but the windowed version of the game just makes it crash more.

That guy who wanted to get a game going hacked a windowed version together but I don't recommend it, it's very crash prone.

Goddamn turn sent.  I may have gotten slightly sloppy on my fifth playthrough of the same turn.

Also, a hazat noble died and a hazat transport ship was eliminated.  I got excited when I thought I had found another transport ship but it was just an imperial fleet ocean vessel.  Silly Hazat.  But how did you get that first transport, out of curiousity?

How spiteful the noblemen are, plunging the galaxy into chaos of destruction, famine and plague. All to satisfy their vain egos, their hurt pride. Was it really so distasteful to you to have your better sit on the throne?

Mainiac's noble died on Byzantium to valiant Imperial troopers. Eye for an eye, if that's the last thing they do.

Also, a hazat noble died and a hazat transport ship was eliminated.  I got excited when I thought I had found another transport ship but it was just an imperial fleet ocean vessel.  Silly Hazat.  But how did you get that first transport, out of curiousity?
These were all imperial fleet's vessels.

By the way, Kebooo, I thought you had the Eye of the Prophet? Was I mistaken or are there now two of those in play?

Turn is sent

No, I had the strength relic. When both of yours were destroyed, I got the armor relic. I think the next turn Margrave found the eye of the prophet.

The Great Pancreator has blessed his humble servants in the al-Malik with retrieving the Fake Glass Eye of the Prophet and supporting our righteous assault. It's a little scuffed and burned but still serviceable.

Incidentally when attacking your carrier and transport over Aragon I had thought to just use a few fleet ships to hide that fact that I possessed it. Apparently you don't need to include the transport of the artifact to get it's bonus. Or at least get the game to tell your opponent you have it. More's the pity.

Where the heck did all that plague on Absolution come from? Was that a plague bomb, or some plagued, starving Hazat unit roaming around?

Also, not really looking forward to going hex by hex with a dozen planes or so this turn to uncover most of the remaining surface. This is going out with a whimper. Do you still have an avenue for a legitimate victory Palazzo, or are we just dragging this out?

Well, it's kinda spoiling the fun, but I do have one.

By the way, don't you have any spy planes? I've only ever built two, and they'd proven to be most useful in finding Margrave's hiding nobles, or Mainiac's starbases for that matter. One of the better units out there.

Yeah, we have some. I'll be bringing mine in this turn. Are we all in agreement that you must have a Hazat owned noble on the surface of the planet for the previous 10 years? No shenanigans here. Before the election I'll probably have enough on the surface to be able to hit every hex on the same turn, so from my perspective, the only way you could possibly win now is if there's some bug or exploit we don't know about. And yes, I'll be checking all the "unseen" hexes. And every water hex.

Of course, all according to the rules. No cheting from old Palazzo!

It pains me to see how much better I could have prepared for the inevitable, but hope springs eternal...

Well, it's kinda spoiling the fun, but I do have one.

Is it an avenue to victory that is in accordance which is in accordance with the house rule: "If you discover any other bugs/flaws in the game which can be exploited to gain an unfair advantage, you must refrain from using them. If you're not sure whether a tactic is fair or not, discuss it with the other players."

Because from where we are sitting it does not look like you have a legitimate path to victory and you have not discussed any questionable tactics with us.  We'd also rather not waste the considerable amount of time it takes to completely these turns unnecessarily.

I would like to remind you that if you win the elections because, say, the church votes for you, but you have no nobles on byzantium the game does not award victory.
