As Lord of the al-Malik, I humbly accept Command of the Stigmata Garrison and maintaining the ever vigilant watch for the alien horde that would consume humanity. You may rest easy in knowing that Stigmata shall remain a bastion against the ever illusive and deceptive creatures within the Quarantine Quadrant.

I can with almost 100 percent certainty claim that Stigmata itself is free of an 'overt' Symbiot infestation, credit of course going to the Decados commanders during Lord Aqizzars first regency. With the threat nearly neutralized I also offer the Stigmata Garrison to go off-world and begin a world by world purging of any further Symbiot holdouts that may seek to cowardly hide from Humanity. This in turn may spare the Li Halan from having to risk so much against an enemy so insidious. Naturally in order to maintain the purity of such worlds, a garrison of the Garrison so to speak would need to be established on every world deemed odious to humanity and held in the slimy clutches of the Symbiots.

This offer of course would also free up the Imperial Fleet to protect more than just the one small part of the Empire. I ask the Regent and the Council to weigh this decision, until then I will order the Garrison to continue its duty of patrolling and scouring Stigmata of anything remaining (mostly flora) that even remotely looks like a Symbiot. Many innocent trees may die, but I believe the Galaxy will be a safer place for it.

The pancreator continues to smile upon our righteous crusade.  In the forests of De Moley we did battle with the ungodly symbiots and routed them upon the field of glorious battle.  Triumphantly we began to spread napalm and prepare to torch the earth so that no living thing would ever live there again when we were stopped by an amazing sight.  Humans crept out of the forest and begged us not to destroy their home.  One of them even identified herself as the long lost Scion of house De Moley, presumed dead when the Symbiots overran the world.

The estates of house De Moley lay in ruins but the lady De Moley pledged the remainder of her forces to our glorious quest.  The remains of the estate that she showed us were splendid in their beauty but sadly unfit for human habitation.  They possess amazing remnants of the past but lack the necessities to provide for themselves properly. We have set up a refuge camp and arborium to provide for the proud survivors of this world.  One day we shall restore this house to it's proper glory.

My fellow nobles, I approach the senate now with an open heart and a plea for understanding.

Our dear cousin from the Hazat has asked the Li Halan to answer for their actions in front of the senate. They did not do this. And on the matter of Cadavus, he has asked us both to address this issue, so I shall. Cadavus has been a world my people have had a presence on for decades. A world but two jumps away from our home, with two different paths there. The Li Halan have begun to colonize this world, taking the palace and church as well, without but a word to the current occupants. A crusade to the symbiot worlds? No, a masked land grab. We were not about to speak up against the Li Halan's aspirations in those dangerous lands. Let them take the blame if the infestation returns to our worlds. But we vehemently object to their presence on Cadavus. This is a world that we cannot share with a house that will not even allow passage to the throne world because they could not have a planet they had never previously shown interest in and had no presence on.

Why do you use language like this in affairs where you have been unfit of the title of noble?

The alleged "presence" that Decados has been running on Cadavus is a handful of backwards fiefs.  Why if they have such a great claim to the world were they unable to root out the rebel presence?  They routed a few farmers and took control of the farms.  What they didn't do was root out the rebellious noble houses of the empire.  Li Halan is the house that did the actual fighting to retake this world, attacking heavy troops and fixed emplacements, not a few scattered militias.  Li Halan is also the house that is bringing civilization back to the world, shipping in engineers from our worlds to construct modern cities on the world.  We have invested far more into this world and a far stronger claim.

House Decados has established that land grab makes right repeatedly, when they are the ones grabbing the land.  But now that I have something they want suddenly they discover they want it?  And to make matters more absurd they say that we have not staked claims?  Why is Decados speaking only now of Cadavus?  It is not as if I have hidden my intentions from the world.  I have spoken before the Senate of the proud work of our crusaders, establishing this springboard for our continued journey.  I re-established the planetary government so that all might know how things stand.

I do not ask idly but in earnest.  Why now?  Why, if this planet is so precious to you did you wait until now to stake a claim?

House Li Halan moves that the imperial fleet be dispatched to Cadavus as a peacekeeping forces.

Ah, there we have it, the Li Halan show their true colors. They speak of crusade, but would move the fleet to protect their unlawful claim to Cadavus? But what of the symbiots? Your words are righteous, but not your deeds. And you have even brought the inquisition itself to Cadavus. Even the pancreator sees your people as a blight to be scourged. You are on a "holy" crusade against these symbiots to become all the richer, while the church conducts the true holy crusade against your house.

We did not think it was appropriate to verse the Li Halan in matters of war. It is common, when taking a planet from rebels, to starve them of their supplies. We are not all blessed with so many cruisers, or control of the fleet. We did not claim Aylon or Shaprut either, are those worlds you will move to next? Do you have no decency?

There is no room for peace between two belligerent houses sharing one planet. You could house staging forces of marauder legions to invade my inner worlds with impunity. It is an unacceptable presence. Even if my people had not been there for decades, having built several cities there and now possessing more cities and resources on the surface than your house does, we would still request that you leave.

Any use of the ministries to aid the Li Halan in their unlawful land grabbing would be unbecoming of the empire. Surely Lord Maniac is no longer fleet commander and cannot summon them from their duty to protect our frontiers in order to frighten my people out of what is right and just. A more honorable man now controls the fleet. If the Li Halan will not leave willingly, we will have no choice but to throw them out.

Again, you speak of Cadavus as if it were a surprise but this is old news.  Why are you bringing this up now?  If you wish this question to be debated then you must answer this question.

It is truly rich to hear you speak ill of our crusade.  We liberate the people of De Moley, you threaten crusaders on their way to fight the symbiots.  What more needs to be said?

Tell me, oh holy one, should my people have brought the issue up when your armed ships orbited over our cities? Should diplomacy be conducted when a gun is pointed to one party's head? I believe the senate can forgive me for fearing to speak out while you were able and likely willing to eradicate my people. You threatened our freighter with annihilation while we never threatened harm to you. Let not the facts be forgotten.

And will you answer for your crimes against the church, your war, your heresy? The inquisitors too have come to purge you from Cadavus, why dance around your sins, every noble house knows of them.
