Medical Problem?

About 12 hours ago, I got a sharp stabbing pain in my lower right abdomen when I walk. It's quickly gotten worst, along with nausea and constant vomiting into my mouth.
I don't feel like it's an immediate danger to my life as of now, but I'd like to know whether to wait and go to a doctor, or hospital.

There are lots of things it could be. Immediate random guess would be kidney stone.

If it doesn't get better, go talk to a doctor.

Kidney stone or appendicitis (which can be lethal if untended), which is more likely due to the vomiting. You should see an hospital pronto.

I suggest you go to a doctor or a hospital. It may not be life-threatening in the short term, but it could be in the long term.

Listen to me: If your apendex is infected and it bursts, you will die. If your parents don't want you to go to the doctor, screw them. Steal your insurance card and walk to a doctor if you have to.

Push on the bulge. If it doesn't hurt, let go. If it hurts like hell on the rebound, get to a doctor ASAP. That's 100% appendix.
Have you had bathroom troubles? Fever? Sweating? Chills? Dull pain elsewhere?

It could be a lot of things. There are just too many variables we don't have to give you a definite answer. That said, if you're feeling bad, seeing a doctor is never a bad idea.

I did not give any opinions. (If it's as painful as you say you could get it checked,Iguess, at least for pain relief.). I just asked how did it start. Eg: you did a sudden effort and it started, or, it actually hurt from days but it began to get gradually worse this morning, etc....
Also: is it comtinuous or pulsating? does it get better or worse doing smething in particular (postures, eating)? Do you have the impression that the pain  is "travelling" to a different area than the one it starts at?
