I decide to hold a peace conference.

We all agree to stop fighting over the hills and leave them be, and swear on Armok, God, the Styx, and Cacame to not attempt hostile takeover.

We now all defend the hills from all who would dare conquer and terrorize them.

Since I'm one of the defenses I also technically own the hill.

As I am the head of the defenses, I hold part of the hill as well.

The peace held for a while, then my double-undead eldritch horror self decided we were being boring and nuked everyone including me.

I recapture the hill by summoning Bruce Lee from his throne in high and killing the eldritch horror, before recapturing the hill for the glory of the alliance.

I take 50 conquistadors to another part of the New World, outside the defense region, and find many hills rich in silver. We conquer the natives living there.

That sounded familiar.

I take 1,000,000 xenoconquistadors to another part of the New System, outside the Galactic Empire, and find many planets rich in dirts. We conquer the natives living there.

I'm the Xenoviceroy of Xenocolinas de Xenoplata.

I construct a hill beneath the ocean and build city on it.

I'm Andrew Ryan, founder of Rapture Hill.

My corpse, though blocked from ever moving again, sends off signals to a colony of dwarves who undermine the hill surrounded by lava and collapse it into the molten destruction. Meanwhile, an endless supply of lava is spewing out of the sinkhole, soon destroying the surface of whatever planet we were on. Only one hill remains, the top of a very large mountain. The mountain was so tall that nothing could climb it, leaving the world devoid of life.

My son comes to the planet and claims the hill in my name.

Three seconds later my newest eldritch form: Catbreadtulhu fall down as a meteor and blown off a tiny fraction of the mountain top.
Your son were on there.

My son instinctively sidestepped the falling Catbreadtulhu, creating the illusion that he was crushed. In reality, the Catbreadtulhu smashed off the fraction of the mountain and toppled into the magma sea below.

Unluckily for him Catbreadtulhu is actually a host for something else.  Because he's a Magma Bread he explodes violently and a tentacle monster made of magma came forth and covered the mountain.

Luckly for me, my son had anticipated the move as well and sent a radio call to the orbital colony of my descendants a ways off. They launch nuclear missiles at the hill, killing the new tentacle monster. They then launch a "Hill-o-matic" terraforming missile to create a new hill, and sent three of their bravest explorers to claim it.

All of you are wiped out by dopplegangers of yourselves.

Luckily my descendants developed a sentient AI that anticipated the doppelganger destruction and took preventative measures. My line has not yet ended. However, since the terraformed hill came from the colony, it also included a self-destruct device.

The 100 tons of C4 inside the hill detonate, killing you but leaving a crag of rock.
