You hire a bodyguard to help you guard the hill.

Over the years, you get to know the guard, and form a firm friendship with him.

One night, while looking out over your hill, a knife sinks into your back.

The last thing you see is the bodyguard, smiling.

The bodyguard decloaks and reveals himself to be me.

A massive sinkhole opens up next to the hill, and lava gushes out of it. The hill is now half-submerged in molten rock, and I climb out of the mess to plant a VERY fancy flag on it.

I shoot you down, then cut your flag off with an axe, which lands on your corpse, blocking it from moving ever again. I then plant my flag on the hill.

The king of Spain, observing this, decides that your hill is too dangerous to take, and sends me on an expedition to the New World, where I find a native empire living on a hill. I take it with my 300 conquistadors.
