While being bored, I though, “How long would a Dwarf live if left alone without any real outside interference?”
After thinking for a while, I decided to test this. To do so, I am going to have only the starting seven Dwarfs live, and set immigration to zero. I would then bunker the Dwarfs and try to keep them alive for as long a possible. So I set out to do so.
I chose a relatively good embark, made a good starting team, and am now looking for brave
test subjects volunteers to go on the expedition.
My computer restarted so the names have changed, but they still have the same skills The Dwarfs are as follows:
GreatWyrmBronze, who is a novice miner, a novice mason, a novice engraver, and finally a novice building designer.
Taken by GreatWyrmGoldapiks, who is a novice wood cutter and a novice carpenter.
Taken by apiksBrewster, a novice miller, novice thresher, novice grower, novice herbalist, novice brewer, and a novice cook.
Taken by BrewsterOverload, a novice weaver, novice clothier, and a novice dyer.

If you want a dwarf, then just say which one, and mention if you want them to have a diffrent name. Sadly, I will be starting the experiment within 13 hours of this post(about 12:40 Arizona time) unless all of the dwarfs are taken early. I will include the descriptions of the dwarfs along with the first years progress report. Any subsequent reports may have other time stretches in them.
