Can someone explain exactly what's going on here? Al Malik says Li Halan troops are on Leminkainen, but then Decados says that those troops actually belong to him? And then everyone started talking about Criticorum for some reason.

Li Halan has sent troops to Leminkainen.  This is a move that can be considered hostile towards al-Malik and Hawkwood because Leminkainen is two jumps from both of our homeworlds but 4 jumps from the homeworld of Li-Halan.

Criticorum came up because I was trying to draw a comparison.  I did not send troops to Criticorum because al-Malik has a policy of not going into other houses backyards.  Criticorum is the back yard of Li Halan.  Just as I am respecting Li Halan's space I ask that Li Halan show a similar respect for the shared back yard of al-Malik and Hawkwood.

Decados came up because Criticorum was mentioned and Decados is sending troops past Criticorum.  I'm guessing that those troops are on the way to his homeworld but do not know.

Yeah. I got a macro program to put in the password for me, and though it doesn't type it in properly, it does fix the text field so I can type it in normally afterwards.

Well Karlito (Hazat) was the last one who posted about having it (and the problems). Have you sent it yet? (I'm guessing not, since Ghazkull is the next one on the list)

I sent turn 2 to Ghazkull on 10/15/12 at 1:55 pm (EDT). When he posted earlier I assumed he had sent it on, but maybe my email didn't go through or something. Let me know if that's the case.

It is clear that Li Halan has landed troops on the surface of Leminkainen.  The house Al-Malik considers this act of aggression against the houses of Al-Malik and Hawkwood.  We have accordingly moved a blockade in position above the planet of Leminkainen to prevent any further transgressions by Li Halan.

If Li Halan sends a transport with troops to the orbit of Leminkainen again, it will be considered an act of war and the transport will be considered a legitimate target.  If Li Halan sends a transport without troops it will not be considered an act of war.  While we are disappointed that Li Halan has landed troops on Leminkainen we will not take offensive action against those troops at this time.  They may remain on the surface of Leminkainen for the time being so long as no reinforcements are not sent.  A transport may be sent to remove the transgressing troops without fear of destruction.

If Li Halan wishes to take appropriate diplomatic actions to show that the move to Leminkainen is not an act of aggression against the houses of Al-Malik and Hawkwood, we are willing to negotiate about this matter.  However further unilateral action will absolutely not be tolerated.  We have warned you in no uncertain terms.
