Situation rapidly decaying on Planet Nowhere. Ordered full retreat of all Units.
Two Regiments of Rebelling Militia were cuaght in the act of stealing a Heavy Tank Batallion. First Ranger Division and First Assault Division reestablished Order. Heavy Tank Batallion recaptured, First Ranger Battallion entirely Obliterated. The Offending Militia Regiments have been hanged for Sedition and High Treason.

Basically there's a paragraph missing from the original treaty, and then articles 4 and 5 were numbered incorrectly- that has been fixed in the new version. Which you should sign (everyone else did).

((The word "missing" would mean that the paragraph was intended to be in there from the get go but was forgotten.  That is not the case.  Nobody intended for that paragraph to be in there or spoke as if it should.  You are making an addition, not correcting a typo.

I am not signing your version of the treaty at this time and thought I had made myself clear on this point.  Please stop referring to your version of the treaty as "the treaty."  It is very confusing because there are not one but two treaties in play here.  One is Karlito's treaty which everyone has been signed by three players, Karlito, myself and Azthor.  The other is your treaty which has been signed by four players, yourself, Karlito, Azthor and Ghazkull.  The texts of these treaties differ to a significant extent so they should not be considered the same treaty.))

The actions of Commander Yurislav Decados are necessary and just.  Be relentless in your pursuit of the elements of sedition and give them no quarter.  They have shunned humanity at it's greatest need and have renounced all claim to rights or mercy.  Your work is the will of the Pancreator.

Before I continue my turn, there is something I need to know, mainiac; do you intend to enter this war directly or restrict yourself to waging it through the Eye?  I don't feel like starting a full scale war on turn 11, but I will do it immediatly if you leave me no choice. Also, if the later, to what extent do you intend to use the Eye's forces outside Delphi?

If I receive no answer I will be forced to assume the worst, namely, full participation of House Al-Malik and the Eye's forces, and take appropriate military action.

As of this time I'm only using eye forces and only using them to capture unguarded settlements/resources and immediately withdrawing them.  If you escalate it into a shooting war I'd probably escalate in turn by committing house forces.  But any such occupation would still be temporary, to be ended upon our two parties coming to an agreement.  Or if I just do enough harassment damage to you I'll just unilaterally offer a return to pre-war borders.  But I doubt you want me to satiate myself that way...

He sent me it roughly one day and a half ago. I am currently deciding on how to proceed with my turn. It isn't nearly large enough an interval to justify his comment, so I took mainiac's post as comical in intent.

Just so everyone knows how long the wait will be, it looks like  we have an agreement on a price of the ships plus a third one after a delay. The earliest possible would be finish in five turns. I believe we are in agreement but need confirmation.

That's nice. I hope you finally sign our treaty when you're done, and stop attacking people with government issued forces. Scouting with The Eye and attacking with your own forces is obviously fine. Note that even if you don't, 4 houses' votes are virtually enough to guarantee you won't hold office.

Since you feel so zealously about this matter, perhaps you would feel more comfortable if you were in charge of overseeing the imperial intelligence?  We could perhaps come to an agreement to that result.

My noble house would just like to take a moment to stress to the nobility of the empire that the original Hawkwood occupation of Leminkainen was completely legal in every way.  We all know that the honor of Hawkwood is above reproach.  Hawkwood occupied the planet through a legally recognized process and if they should chose to negotiate regarding ownership their actions in that regard will be legal as well.  Let nobody think for a moment that any recent difference of opinion were grounded in legal dispute.  We were merely negotiating to find a more mutually beneficial arrangement.
