Hehe UK and I'm rather far. I have checked out Nottingham and Lincolnshire but no luck. So I think Internet is the best I will do.
if your in Nottingham, try drapers airguns center.
there the best store i can think of.

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

Unofficial slogan of Bay 12 Games.

You could also try martial darts. I had some of these and I was actually pretty terrible with them, sorta like throwing knives but much cheaper and more compact and have better flight characteristics.

All things archery and in the UK, you can probably find with Merlin. I got my Excalibur compound bow from them and never been disappointed with the service they provide.

Throwing knives are going to be faaaar more difficult to find in the UK. And I can't say I'm 100% on where you could even begin with this.

For throwing knife practice, you don't even really need them sharpened, especially at first - just use a soft target like styrofoam, and a dull edge should do while you work on throwing technique. Then sharpen as needed.

When throwing knives, make sure you have your distance paced off. You need to pace it off for yourself, because everyone is different. I think 1 revolution is about 4 paces.

It also depends on the throwing style.
