I was reading some of the rules for evolving your god into more powerful caste. I am just wondering do you have to have a certain amount of divine actions done or do you have to a certain amount of domains. Do you need both of them to evolve into the next caste?

You need to do a few divine elements to get a domain, along with a portfolio, then get a domain slot, then get that domain, then you need to get a number of Domains in order to level up the next caste.

And you have to teach concept to the populace...player of Serpent God.

Artifacts are 3ap regardless of if made in someone's home plane and are generally more powerful than that.
