Also, Filiusenox: Is the Materium actually the Material Plane, ie. no gods can claim it, or is it just a plane that belongs to Rsisus? If it's the Material plane, I don't think it's really fair for you to claim it's divinely morphic to your character.

It's a plane he controls that people assumed was the Material Plane and started building on. It's traits show that it is not a Material place AKA the dead magic, flowing time, etc.

He'll let you build on it and shit, he doesn't care for that, and will try not to fuck too much other people's shit up, in case your worried about him just getting pissy and destroying everything everyone worked on. He's evil and prideful, not a jerk. I also posted a message on one of my actions stating that he had to spend no ap to mold it.
