Study divination under Lady Zirae, and learn a remote viewing spell if possible.
((Or some other teir 1 divination spell if remote viewing spells are too high level)).

Attempt to refine the efficiency of Conjure Stone.

Jamgeon approched Thranduil. "Brother, I see you to are interested the power of the mind. Just like me. What do you say, should we study together and share any knowledge we learn in the upcoming weeks?"

Study soul magic for three months, attempting to emulate the shamans of your tribe of Nomads.
Please don't give your actions in the form of "YOU! Go do <something>, my character!" I find it both strange and distracting.
Magic users are quite rare, at least for now, and you did not come from a tribe with magical knowledge.

Oh, and I'd just like to say, Thranduil is from LotR. May be considered plagurism, if WB reads B12.

(( I highly doubt they are going to try to sue me for the use of a character name on a forum game. ))

(No tribe? Fudge. I'll change that to legendary shamans then.)

Jamgeon swiftly turned to  Lady Zirae. "Do you hear that my mistress?  Thranduil refuses to work for the greater good. Refuses to cooperate to further your power."

Jamgeon studies mind magic for the upcoming weeks. Focusing on ways to lower other peoples perception.

"Hah. Such a fool you clearly know nothing of beasts, even beasts have a master, she is mine and I will obey her commands but I will work only with the beasts I have tamed to accomplish her goals I do not work with people because they can not be trusted as you have just shown.

Lady Zirae gives Jamgeon an incredulous look when he complains to the dark elf matriarch about Thranduil not wanting to work together nicely and share knowledge with him. ". . ." The ellipsis is audible.

Lady Zirae decides that her apprentices' first research task should be a difficult one: The first steps towards manipulating space and time. Most make minor progress with their experiments, but none of Ardrek's pan out.

She refused to directly aid Thranduil's personal research into mind magic, wanting to see what he will accomplish on his own, but does grant him a slave to practice on. His progress is fairly good.

Ardrek begins researching a remote viewing spell. Not sure where else to start, he decides on viewing a specially prepared object.

Albrecht makes only modest progress into emulating the soul magic capabilities of mythical shamans.

Sirra decides to reduce the costs of the Conjure Stone spell.

Jamgeon, perhaps disheartened by Lady Zirae being slightly colder to him since his complaint (Or is that just his imagination?), makes little progress.

Continue practicing on the slave, Focus on implanting thoughts and braking he's mind.

"Thank you for the slave mistress I shall put him to very good use, I am sorry to say however he will very likely be of no use to you for anything once I am finished with him but perhaps if you are willing to let me keep him I can put him to work once he's mind is mine.
May I humbly request that you send a servant to capture a wild beast mistress? It's mind will be stronger then that of this slave and will provide more challenge and thus more room for me to improve my skills.

Smile smugly to myself certain in my arrogance that I accomplished more then anybody else.
