Although I'm not entirely sure about necessary function, I can confirm that heart loss WILL cause a subject to die. (From blood loss)
All you gotta do is add [UNDER_PRESSURE] to the heart, then cut it out and off.
They'll drop dead.

I just hope you find that it rhymes/scans, for you.  'Twas hastily constructed off the top of my head, and I even missed out some bits of verse and chorus to actually get to the "Functional loss" bit and avoid boring everyone on the way there.

As such, consider it as if under the GNU licence.  You're free to use it and modify[1] it, etc.  And even if it ends up becoming a YouTube sensation I'm fine ('cos I can't sing very well, especially at that pitch, so am not going to try it myself).



[1] Already I see several 'improvements', but I don't know if they'd work under your proposed context.
