I have to say, I'm impressed. I've never heard of double-posting a thread before.

We can discuss holes in the ground.

How frequent are the pits in the caverns?

Personal guess?

1 for every 15 caverns.

How can someone weaponize trees? Thats it, make this the weaponization of trees thread.

What does that have to do with dots?

Trees can be weaponized by making weapons/ammunition, or by causing caveins. They can also act as a barrier.

I suppose if you removed the magma layer, you could. Does deleting the magma layer also delete the circus? If not, it'd require extended access to the circus. If so, you'd end up with one badass pit.

I don't think the _entire_ embark, but theoretically everything above SMR and excluding a 2-tile-think ring against the edge of the site, by digging out the inner part of said ring.

This has the added effect of removing the entire fortress. Join the circus if you don't want to die. (Disclaimer: Joining the circus is a easy way to die)
