Quote from: Chesterton
For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

Get thee to a nunnery if thou hast desires of such an inclination.

We're all just throwing around Shakespearian terms now aren't we?

Well I'm all out I think.

Let's see, what other words do I like?

I like quite a few old fashioned terms... Like how I've been wanting to bring the term "velocipede" back, so I can go around calling cyclists, "velocipedestrians".

Also, did you know that in the early 1800's they used to call the study of lunacy alienism? This is something I fully intend to make use of in a chthonic work of fiction some day.

Yeah I read a book called "Alienist" or something that was about the beginning of catching serial killers.

Maybe the idea that they existed and how to catch them? It was pretty good.
