Returning from hiding may free liberals from prison

I was just playing yet another game, sucking at it so much I suddenly decided to disband the LCS and wait for a bit. After doing so for 15 or so years and returning the squad back, I found out that the leader has returned with full skills and Juice intact.

The problem is -- the said leader was supposed to stay in jail for 5 more life sentences! He even kept his Orange Jumpsuit from the prison. The only problem I have now is that the most of the policies are Arch-Conservative...

Exploitable indeed, but it also has its risks.

First of all, it is very likely to only release the leader, while other LCS members may be lost.

Secondly, one _has_ to have a free Liberal somewhere for this to work.
