Send Cold Excavation Teams into Siberia to take some of the Russian cold and bring it back to glorious Kanada Canada.

Use the space program to rotate the world so the North Pole is in northern Canada and the south pole is still somewhere in Antarctica, and therefore increase the Canadian Cold output.
