I bought out all the caravan's bars too. What are you talking about military gear? All the large stuff is for melting too.

I sold off as much of the clothes as I could. Literally all of the dwarves who could be spared spent the entire season the caravan was here hauling large clothes to the depot. I purposefully saved the metal items because they will be our only source of metal besides caravans and sieges.

Stupid flash drive corrupting DF and spare .zip whenever I do one of a few stupid things with it...can't wait to get a computer that doesn't require me to do stupid things to turn it off...

Stupid dumb idiot sick of it why'd I delete the save...

While redownloading DF, I managed to erase my save of this fortress. Frankly, I don't really know what to do with it, either; to start, I don't start a metalworking industry without magma most of the time. So...let Lightningfalcon have his turn, I've a community fortress to run!

I know where the save is, but between RL and a community fort, and inexperience with non-magma metalsmithing, make me not want to play this so much tight now. may be after Lightning, if you have no one else by then.
