I made this extra account to remain anonymous.

So, i live in a dorm. at 3rd floor.
I was in one of my friends rooms, talking with him.
Then i noticed that this 3rd persons pc was on, and wasn't locked or anything.
So i, as it is custom at this dorm, write a status on his facebook that says,(in danish)  "I easily forget to lock my pc, so now i have been faceraped. "
Then i close the window, and forget all about it.
One hour later, im chilling in my window at 3rd floor, with a coke.
Then the guy whose pc i FR'd crashes into my room and treatens me with pushing me out my window, if i don't within 3 seconds answer whether or not i had "hacked" his facebook.
He does that 3 times, then i tell him that i have not "hacked" his facebook, telling him that his pc was left on, unlocked.
After saying that i did write that status, he treatens with beating me up if i ever do that again.

It definantly freaked me out, and i would definantly describe it as a death treat.
What should/could i do about this? I am afraid that he is psychologically unstable or something and might bite rather than bark.

Go to the police. He went into your room uninvited and threatened you, right? Pretty sure you can get him for that alone. It's blatant assault (though not battery unless he touched you).

If hes seriously overreacting like that make sure to hang around some friends in his presence.

If he can't take a joke i would start fucking his mind in a heartbeat but thats me.

well i don't know the situation well especially your ability to defend yourself, but i would figure out his own passwords to his emails and facebook then start posting random crap in the middle of nowhere and just keep updated on the password information.

Kinda seems like this dude wasn't really the one in the wrong to me.

Just don't do it again and it doesn't seem like there'll be a problem.

Jeez, that sounds kinda worrying. I'm guessing he is a large/physically intimidating person, compared to you?
Since you really lack the evidence to get him charged with anything, I recommend avoiding him if possible. Or, since you live in a dorm, perhaps some kind of school authority could help you?

Also, if you have a smartphone, you can get lots of free apps that will let use its microphone capabilities as a dictaphone. If you know you're going to be around him, you can discreetly activate it so if he does make a threat you have evidence.

I think any attempt to contact a "school authority" will be irresolutive. Such people usually don't want fusses, and will probably fall back onto "Ok, he was wrong to threaten you but you shouldn't have touched his computer" yadda yadda (which, tbh, you shouldn't have. It was his computer, which rested inside his room. You had no business touching it. I find death threats and tough guy posturing to be not only disproportionate, but apish, however). So... just avoid the guy in the future.
