- You think after we dealt with beast it was over? HA! After short time our fallen fellows began to rise and attack us! Luckily silver bolts dropped them down quickly. And we was terribly scared that that winged slug rises again, so we dug a small cave for it and stored it's body there. And patcher the entrance with rock wall.

Meanwhile, migrants came. Just when we was done with moving bodies to graveyard, Tirion and his fellow moved to take care of undead kangaroos that were blocking our entrance.

Undead kangaroos died to our silver bolts as a snowman to a dwarf with full urinary bladder! Migrants, came in, we need some strong guys to wield hammers, and some sharp-eyed guys to shoot bolts!

Human merchants still stay in our depot. Nobody knows what do they wait for, but nobody cares.
But dwarven merchants came! I hope they wont quarel.

kangaroo corpsess woke up several times, and dropped back to silver bolt shower.

Winged Slug corpse rose too, we hear how it scratches and howls there, behind the wall.

Goblin thief lured away two of  merchant's guards and there they met undead horses.

We still don't have much to sell. That's a nonsense! Why we're not making some trading stuff?

Goblin thief has snatched the Led Kivishsodel! Shit. We can't tolerate goblins snatching our children!

Kangaroo in our airlock periodicaly rises and then drops dead. No one really cares about him, everyine is like: "Hey, kangaroo's alive again! *Bang* Good shot, Urist!" and goes on with his task.

16th Obsidian, 102
An ambush! Curse them!

They are busy with undead kangaroos for a while. I guess kangaroos will win, at least they don't care about being killed. Whatever, we'll deal with those who will remain, either alives or undeads..

huh, they have a crossbowman, so undeads had hard times. They took out one of goblins though. We locked the gate and don't care about them.

14th Granite, 103
While goblins were busy with kangaroos, undead ogres came and trampled them into bloody paste. Now we have to deal with undead orges, kangaroos and goblins.

7th Slate, 103
Another beast!

It crawls to the cavern entrance! I ordered Tirion's squad to move in.
Well.. one of archers forgot his crossbow and went melee.

Others covered him with bolts. Finally some recrut headshotted it.
Melee guy got only bruises and lost a few teeth.

So, now we need to deal with undead goblins and others...

Shit. That beast rose as undead. Luckily it didn't kill anyone, but injured Delioth and a recruit. Meanwhile Tirion's squad hold defence against approaching undeads.

22nd Slate, 103
Migrants! 29 new working hands and 7 children.
But undead horses caused some disaster - three of Tirion's squad died to them

An engineer of migrants got posessed and claimed mechanic workshop. I hope this time we won't get any vampire pictures!

I think it's a perfect mechanism for atom smasher. Or pressure plate.

Your quarters were dug and smoothed, but still don't have the bed of proper quality. But the tomb was dug, smoothed and exceptional coffin encrusted with gems installed. So we're more ready to your death than living.

Shit, I accidentally killed it. Lost all progress from 8th Felsite. Replaying.

15 Felsite, 103
It's spring. Ice on the sea is thawing, and elves came to trade. Well, well. Let's see what they brought to us...

And just they began unpacking, an ambush appears.

They one-shot that spinner who discovered them and entered the depot square
I called to arms, and guys quickly killed their pikeman leader and some bowman. Goblins retreat. While we were pursuing them, a swordsdwarf had his hand wounded, but he had his revenge from Delioth II. She scored two goblins that fight, and one for injured swordsdwarf.
Elven water buffalo got arrow in the guts and now is contantly vomiting at our depot.

8th Henatite, 103
A herd of undead muskoxen ambushed us! They caused panic and scattering of citizens to all directions. But muskox runs faster than ordinary dwarf, so we lost quite a lot.
Silver bolts are still great against undeads. Other metals too, though.

13th Felsite
Someone runs and screams "Goblins! in vast numbers!!!"
Actually, not that vast. 15 swordsmen and their leader hammerman mounted on elk bird. To arms! Lock the gate!

23rd Felsite 103
We're under siege. Gobbo squad is wandering outside, further than our bolts can reach. We can't hurt them, they can't hurt us. So boring!

I decided to play 'come here! hehe, locked!' game with main gate. We shot a few goblins that way, andthen they run for retreat. I lowered the bridge and ordered to charge them.
That was a trap! they turned back and attacked!

Their losses: 6 swordsmen.
Our losses: Datan the swordsdwarf and two marksdwarves died, Broken and a marksdwarf were injured.

My squad members die quicker than I could get to know them. But that won't slow us down, it will only harden the survivors and make our doctors more experienced. And soon we will salvage enough helms, breastplates and mail shirts to outfit everyone, and melt down the rest to forge gauntlets, greaves, and high boots.
