No pills! Leave the other two items, head back to the museum and start heading towards the circled exhibit again. Hood up on the raincoat, no need to get blood in our hair.

You take two pills, then take out your anger on nearby tables. The machete hacks through them effortlessly. You immediately start to feel better.

It is an old weapon, with a handle of brilliantly polished hardwood, and a heavy, forwards sloping blade. Despite the dried blood, it still looks handsome and functional. it hurts

You take the apron too, because why not?

Mottle Whittle a table leg into a statuette that depicts us holding several bundles of intestines. Then put it in the apron pocket and continue on to the circle exhibit with the machete and gun out and ready.
