I'm pretty sure it will since muddy stone floors and wood constructs get grass or trees on them. Unless that's only with natural stone.

Constructed muddy stone floors do not grow anything - this is why it's recommended to pave your waterworks, as it prevents trees from clogging them up.  I do not know if it's true for clay, but it probably is as they would still be "constructed" and therefore not natural.

There are paved roads and constructed floors.  Neither one will grow anything if muddy.

@Vgray, Taz from the previous fort really liked Sen, right?  It's been a while since I've gone back and looked all of that stuff up.

I was wondering about that myself captain. Did sen even find love in the last camp or did she just remain cowering in the food cellar?

oh and i third the clay idea. most camps that i start end up running out of wood before the end of the first summer...

AFAIK, muddy constructed floors can be grown on if muddied, but roads count as buildings so they can't.

Man, sometimes you guys really remind me that I know way less about this game than I think I do.  I'm slightly worried about trying to flood the top of the kobold huts once they are built simply because of how many ways it could go wrong.  I'm picturing great floods of water filled with angry alligators suddenly in the middle of the camp.

I remember that either Putnam or Quiestus, I forget which, has said that muddied stone grows aboveground plants, so the wiki just might be wrong. It's happened before...

Stone, yes, I do believe will grow plants if it's muddied.

Constructed floors will not, however.  It's common practice to floor over aqueducts and the like to prevent trees.

Wood floors probably work like stone ones.
Roads are counted as buildings, but floors are not (once they're built).
