I think all of the current rules are good, it's just that they weren't being communicated clearly.
The OP needs to have a lot more detail in it - and reserve a post for all of our mining/woodcutting information, etc.

Basically this. Clearly explain everything and get the mechanics worked out, and then it'll be good.

Also, if you have a tablet, why haven't you made a paint map yet?

My tablet is puny and lacks a good drawing app.
Also, I prefer pencil. It gives me the ability to make fine details and fix mistakes with ease.

If your doing this I'm back in :P If you need help with rules or the like PM me with what you need help on and I'll do what I can to get this off the ground. I only dropped out because the rules were all over the place and not entirely clear :3

What rules do you think could be kept? Everyone can choose one they like, and we'll vote on which we'll keep and which we'll chuck.

"I like the equipment starting rules so mercenaries and knights don't come in with armies bigger then most nations and better equipped.

This is an official suggestion for a rule to keep unless the guy suggesting it retracts it, and we'll keep everything we can.

I don't like trade right now. I want there to be a currency so that precious metals are worth something.

I do like the shipbuilding rules. Keep them.

You can't really set a price for metals though.
Each player will have his own idea for what he will sell it for.
