In the absence of higher authority, I'd probably go with Lunites.

Hmm.  In my own usage it's Selenian.  As for the rest of the planets, the Mercury-adjective is Mercurian (possibly Hermetic or Hermean) Venus is Cytherean, Earth is Terran, Mars is Martian, Jupiter is Jovian, and Saturn is Saturnian or Chronian if I'm feeling contrary.  Uranus is Uranian and Neptune is Neptunian.  Pluto (which I shouldn't list because it's not a planet!) is Stygian.

I think Lunan, with "Loonie" as the derogatory slur used by Earthers.
Alternately, Dianans or Dianics (Diana being another classical personification of the Moon) or Chang'e ren (嫦娥人) (which would probably be Anglicized as something like Jongaren).

I'd just go with Lunar/Lunars. Simple enough.

Actually, it would probably be some kind of backronym or derived from an organization acronym. Like, if the Moon was governed by the Lunar Colony Authority (LCA), the citizens might be referred to as "Elkas" or "Elsies".

I'd even expect terms to arise after 20-30 years to make internal distinctions like "Bottom"/BOTM (Born On The Moon) vs. "Top" (Terran Origin Person).
