I've seen mention of being able to specify stockpiles down to the third column - for instance, making a stockpile that only accepts Stone->Economic->Bituminous Coal or that forbids Stone->Economic->Marble.  Try as I might, I cannot seem to find a way to enable/disable at that scope.  e/d works the first column, and p/f and a/b work the second, but there doesn't seem to be a way to make changes in the third - it's all or nothing.  The docs and my keybind menu mention u/j, but they don't seem to be available (at least not for Stone->Economic).

Is there a way to do this?
