Sanya, walking into the arena, wearing her typical robe, expected to find the wolves in her path. In stead of the three wolves stand Ishtar and Sir, looking as surprised as she is. "Ladies and Gentlemen that visit the Arena." They heard the announcer say. "While you may had expected either of them fighting other opponents, they are both in for a surprise. Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you... Took Took the Undefeated." A hulking colossus of dead flesh walked in, wearing two axes that were designed to be held by two hands. "Now, since we're all up for a spectacle and not for a useless slaughter, we've decided to even the odds a bit..." Two Elven rangers stepped in, bearing the names Thranduil and Celeborn. On the other side of the Arena, a Dwarf and a Human walked in, by the name of Tok and Bok. They were all in for a surprise, as Took Took stood in front of them, almost twice the size of Ishtar, the largest of them. "Let the fight begin. Or should I call it a slaughter?" The surprised allies quickly overcame their surprise, and Bok, Ishar, Celeborn and "Sir" charged at Took Took, while the rangers and mages attacked Took Took from a distance. Thranduil fired first, letting his combat experience and natural agility take over. The shot hits Took Took, who seems to shrug it off. Sanya recovers from the surprise and uses her Flamethrower spell at Took Took, who seems to shrug that off too. Tok casts Fireball quickly after Sanya casted her spell, this time dealing moderate damage and at least slowing Took Took down. Ishar reaches Took Took first, and slashes at him with his bronze sword. A piece of flesh falls off Took Took, who is now more annoyed than ever, and slashes at Ishtar with his Axes. Surprised by the quickness and ferocity of the attack, Ishtar tries to block the attack with his sword. The axes simply seem to ignore the sword and bash it out of the way. Ishtar is wounded by the axes, but his armor seems to haven taken most of the force of the axes. Celeborn is quickly near Took Took, and slashes at him with his claws. Took Took quickly turns around, and slashes at Celeborn, who has seen what happened to Ishtar, and manages to dodge. Took Took seems deceptively nimble for an Undead his size. Ishar and Thranduil's Dire Wolves both bite Took Took, taking out chunks of flesh. Took Took attacks both of them with one axe, but the Dire Wolves are too nimble to be hit. Sir reaches Took Took too, and slashes at him with his sword, making a little gap at the stomach of the giant. Took Took quickly retaliates, but Sir is ready for this, and strikes back, hard and fast behind the neck. It would've been a kill shot, if it weren't for the fact that Sir was getting a bit older and the sword being of poor quality. Bok, running as quick as his Dwarven legs allowed him, finally reached Took Took, and slashed at him with his axe. Took Took strikes back fast, enraged by the combined assaults and the dodging enemies. He slashes three times at Bok, and while Bok manages to dodge the first, he gets hit by the other two and is now coughing up some blood. He recovers, luckily out of range of Took Took's attacks. Thranduil fires another arrow at the gigantic Undead, which seems to get stuck in his right shoulder. Sanya quickly followed with another Flamethrower, which didn't seem to do much, again. Tok casted Firebolt again, an even more powerful one as last time. Took Took, however saw it coming, and while it hit him, he fired another one back. Tok doesn't manage to get his shield up in time, and gets hit by a Firebolt. While he is still standing, he is gravely wounded. Ishar sees his chance, and goes for the kill. He doesn't succeed at it, but manages to at least chop off part of Took Took's shin, revealing the bone. Celeborn kicks the shin, but it seems hard as steel, and Took Took slashes his axes at Celeborn, instantly knocking him out with the blunt part of the axes. "One down, eight to go!", the Presentator yelled. With Celeborn knocked out, the Dire wolves continue their assault, biting off more and more chunks of Took Tooks thighs and stomach. Took Took still fails again at hitting them, but is now enraged because of them. Sir slashes again at Took Took, aiming for the thighs and quickly afterwards jumping back. Not a moment too soon, as now Took Took's axes had hit air in stead of him. Bok hits Took Took with his axe, dealing a bit of damage, but Took Took is fast, and knocks Bok out with a knock to the head. "Another one bites the dust. Seven to go!" Thranduil, having laid another arrow on his bow fires again, aiming for Took Took's eyes, hoping to partially blind the giant. He doesn't succeed, as the arrow only grazes Took Took's head. Sanya, however fires a huge blast of flame, incinerating part of Took Took's head, leaving the skull visible. The eyes are somehow still intact. Tok casts second wind, healing his allies and giving them hope again. Ishar, inspired by this, hacks again at Took Took. Took Took seems visibly wounded now, and slashes against Ishar in rage. Ishar is prepared for this and manages to dodge right in time. The Dire Wolves bite Took Took again, who seems visibly aggrevated by them, pick's Thranduil's Dire Wolf up, and throws it away, as if the Wolf weighed nothing more than a pebble. It has been knocked out by the force of the impact. "Six to go. The tension is rising up here, as is the temperature. Someone is going to lose a lot of money because of bets today!" Sir quickly acted, and slashed Took Took in the rear. Took Took has been watching out for "Sir", and gave him a royal dose of slashing. However, Sir's reflexes made him dodge all but the last axe hit, which made him bleed a bit, through his shirt. Thranduil, has been preparing for an opening, and upon the royal beat-up, shot off an arrow, enchanted by Tok and Sanya, which pierced Took Took's skull, felling him.
"I can't believe my eyes folks! Took Took the Undefeatable HAS BEEN DEFEATED! Oh, I lost a lot of money today, but it was well worth the show! This Ragtag band of misfits defeated one of the greatest gladiators in history! I certainly hope to see them teaming up anytime soon!"
With these words, all gladiators are escorted out of the Arena. Their managers had all received three hundred gold for their participations, and a Cleric of the Caste of Armok had ressurected the fallen ones.
On another subject though, would you like this to occur more, or would you want me to stop doing this?
It seemed a fairly good idea, in my honest opinion, as I didn't have much time and I had to write something up.
I won't be here next Saturday, but I might be able to update Sunday, if I have the time. So sorry if there isn't an update this weekend.
