Cacame was the last true elf. All the ones after were parasites.
Even worse would be the treants. They'd be capable of throwing rocks at every Urist, Dastot and Aban and crushing them flat.

But we will not SUBMIT. WE SHALL BURN THEM WITH MAGMA! MAIM THEM WITH STEEL! DESTROY THEM WITH BEASTS!

WE ARE THE BAY12ERS. WE SHALL NOT SUBMIT TO THE ELVEN PARASITES.

FOR THE GLORY OF THE DWARVEN EMPIRE! FOR CACAME!

Forests will never encroach onto the Dwarven Mountainhomes for two simple reasons:
1. Axes. One dwarf can fell thousands of trees, and there are hundreds of dwarves.
2. Mountains hold magma.

Trees can't win this war.
1. They grow back. It takes roads to stop them. Not a problem, unless you reach their home turfs - the forests and jungles. There it takes time, much time. Time where the denizens of the forest and the enemies of the Dwarves have time to interrupt the glorious campaigns of architecture.
Dwarves do not grow back quite so easy as trees do.

Did you forget that their wooden "goods" contain the parasite? ;P
Could it be that this is a conspiracy by the extremist advocate for no-beds BFEL to inspire hysteria and bed burning? That can't be... What a silly notion...

Lol you should prob give that hammer skill instead, so that its literally just a statue of Cacame. Also you made a bunch of mistakes in that RAW, for example you forgot to add any actual ATTACKS to it and you didnt put in the FLAG_WITH_EDGE tag so it may as well be just a statue of Cacame....that cant be swung....ever.

Hehe yes what a very very...silly notion......surely thats just forest propoganda distributed by elves.....I would...never.....allow a SINGLE dwarf to go bedless......unless hes a noble of course, then he can just suck it up and go mad......yes that legendary miner Champion has a bed in his room surely.....TOTALLY

Don't be fooled by my name. I wish to purge these monstrosities as much as you.
I only collaborate with elves like Cacame.

But... All elves are like Cacame. Only one Elf is Cacame.

oh damn >.> i copied that from the battle axe raws and didn't see the notation between separating the weapon properties from actual attacks. this should be a fix, with even more FU-- actually.... Darklord92 has entered a fey mood!

In that case then I will only collaborate with an elf who can prove himself worthy (aka not be a murderous parasite bent on killing dwarfkind).

After all, history repeats itself, and there will be another elf in the vein of Cacame.

A wise adventurer would burn a forest retreat...  Think of the rewards your god would heap upon you.  And that's after you return home a National hero.

Does modding in elf towns and burning those down, slaughtering all the inhabitants mercilessly count?

Not really, it just deosn't have the elves-falling-out-of-trees-on-fire bit.
