This isn't an update, just a clarification.
-10ebbor10 and Joben, your rules were blocked because they violated the rule of conflicting rules. Exceptions to rules cannot be made unless they are built into the rules they are exceptions to. If this was not the case, you could just make a rule that states "One does not need to follow any rules if they use parentheses". I get away with the "How turns are displayed cannot be modified" exception because it modifies new rules to give in to that exception. You can get around this in a similar way, but it will only apply to rules created later down the road. You'd then have to manually modify any other rules you wanted this to effect. Even if that wasn't the case, 10ebbor10's card didn't have any Bill Cosby references or pokemon references. You can still make another rule each before the turn is over, though.
-Greenstarfanatic, only one rule per turn. I'll take the rule in your first card as your new rule for the turn, meaning no pokemon pictures you guys carded were necessary. Votes against nonexistent rules don't have any consequences, since there is no rule that states any such consequences. Everyone who voted for removing the pokemon picture rule have their votes back for this turn.
-miauw62, I'm thinking that saying "Bill Cosby" is enough of a reference to him to validate your cards. Just start all your cards with "Bill Cosby Pokemon" and you should be good.
-In the future, I probably won't say anything if a rule is blocked until the end of the turn. I'm only giving these warnings because we're still getting started.
-No existing rule has any consequences for cards that simultaneously do not follow rules and do not have any new rules or votes in them. Having all zero of the rules and votes in your card ignored doesn't do anything. This also means that this whole time I could have said posts instead of cards.
