Elves in goblin ambushes?

I've had several elves in goblin ambushes for this new world I've made. I've never heard of or encountered this before. Can goblins capture elves or something and make them more evil than elves already are?

Goblins kidnap children in worldgen, they kidnapped those elves and they became soldiers.

Techincally, this makes them better then they are currently. I prefer a elf willing to fight to almost any other elf, other then !!elves!!.

You can even come across dwarves living among goblins that way. Or humans.
