Now I know there was one of these in a thread somewhere but I couldnt find it so new thread!
Basically I just looked through the legends of a fort I just abandoned and found Geth'Lul *The Past Lord* a copper gauntlet. Now despite copper being pretty much useless as armor and this artifact being pretty much undecorated, its STILL the most badass artifact name I have ever gotten so far.

So what are other peoples best/favorite artifacts?

Any weapon ever, I only get bone bullshit.

Well to be a little more specific, I did have a steel warhammer with a German sounding name. So every time a dwarf fought with it I imagined a Hitler accent as he smashed skulls in.

The creator certainly had a high opinion of his creation. Too bad that it was a pig leather high boot.

I just had an eight year old in my fort create a really badass tribute to the creation of the fort three years before.

Well I kinda just got a better one then before, technically I didnt get it as its a necromancer book, but the name is utterly hilarious. You ready?

I had my first fell mood today, and ended up with an awesome dwarven bone coffin (which was perfect timing because the fort was in the process of self-destruction due to tantrum spiral).

I also got a kick-ass bone shield in the same mood by a fey leatherworker.

I got to say, fell moods are kinda exciting. With the macabre mood I got in my last fort (also during a tantrum spiral), I've now seen all five moods, though I've yet to have a successful macabre artifact ...

Well, by utilizing the 'forbid items during construction bug' I've been accumulating artifact iron clothing. I'm outfitting my champion with artifact iron robe, iron cloak, iron longskirt, and then steel armor on top of that and an artifact shield. Then I shall let him take on sieges single handed.

I got a steel war hammer called 'The Musical Hammer' once. It had an image of itself on it, twice. And an image of some guy being reanimated by a necromancer. I gave it to my hammerer and let him play some music on my vampires.
