The battlefield in question is a hilly area, and you are on a hill. There are various craters spread around, and off to the right is a river.  The enemy had well near 20 bunkers facing this side, but the only ones standing are infantry ones. That is all you really need to know.

Fire streak SRMs at the remaining bunkers. Use pulse lasers liberally and lay down covering fire. Keep heat levels below the median capacity and watch your sensors for strike aircraft.

Head for a hill that has a good line of sight over our target's and go prone on top scanning the area carefully for a hill with good cover on the top and clear lines of sight
Send a message to the jade falcons
"Requesting a pair of AA mechs to clear the skies over our target zone before they can do any more damage to my platoon and our escorts." Send our co-ordinates.
Open a comm channel to the SGT
" Request that the platoon take cover in the craters or behind the hill while we split into our units and get into positions to attack. "

(( Until there in cover yes then move upto them to cover the position. And dont use up all your rockets were gonna need a few. They'll be useful when we breach the first target building. Nothing quite says hello like half the wall being blown in. ))

((Again, let's not act TOO serious here. While we ARE in a severe battlefield situation, we are still in EQUESTRIA. Just a suggestion, maybe be a little more vague, tell people around where they should go, and maybe let them do what they need to do. ))

(( Go for it if you want but if you move in the open while the enemy has air superiority aswell as heavy weapons and mechs id doubt you'll all make it. I'd suggest you find cover nearby but dont move until we've got more force's or our air cover has arrived. ))

[4] the Battlefield you are surveying as you move to cover is, in fact, a battlefield. There appears to be a Pony force blocking the only acessible part of the wall from an assault force. [5] Thankfully, the Hunchback IIC's and most of the 'Mechs have survived in that portion of the Cluster. [3] you dive into cover next to two soldiers awaiting an order to charge. [5] their morale is high, and they are playing Chess on their Omni-Tools.

[1] you have seemed to stray into several arcs of fire and [5] thankfully, you do a funny dance as you both head to the nearest cover. [2] [5] However, Jane is hit [8] in the left side of his torso, thankfully noting too serious was hit.

You close to SRM range, laying down Pulse laser fire that is [1] rather innacurate, and the pulse laser has already wanted to shut down. Not good. [3] The ponies have dragged out RPB's (Rocket Propelled Bananas) and have started firing them. [5] They have engaged the Warhawk leading the charge, [3] doing some damage, but not enough to cripple it. [6+1] Your Streak SRMs have hit the target dead-on, blasting one bunker and it's adjacent one from within, killing at least a dozen Ponies.

After you hailed the SGT "It's already happening, Corporal. Everyone is filled in and ready to charge. Where is your 2IC?"

[6] The Ssaros Commander responds "affirmative. They will meet you inside the base. I will also come with you"

[4] You aim and shoot some Pony carrying ammo to an Autocannon, dropping it.

"Him and our heavy moved towards the river sir , Im taking my snipers and gonna find us a covered position on high ground if you need something communicate directly with the 2IC."

Look for a large hill with a lot of cover on top , Then head up the hill.
"Snipers take positions , conceal yourself and report all enemy positions to me do not fire until my command , confirm orders.

Position myself prone in a shadowed position , set up bypod and load an armor piercing clip and make the rifle ready to fire. Scan the target area and pick out any enemy heavy weapons and pay extra attention for explosives and ammo crates.

Dive into the river, shooting a couple rockets in the general direction of where the previous shots came from.
