"Professor Chaos...Ow! Okay, I'll talk, stop squeezing! Chaos is this professor guy, he heard I was wanting to get into superheroics and wanted an investment! He gave me stuff, I promised to give him some of the swag! I didn't know he was evil!"

"That's bullshit. He had Professor CHAOS as a name for chrissakes. What were you thinking, you bloody lunatic?"

"Not even with a name like Professor Chaos? Huh. Where is he? And who was the guy in the exosuit? We've got a bone to pick with him. Also, does Chaos have any accomplices that you know of? How did he contact you, where were you recruited; tell me everything."

"Better we take this to a more secluded location. Firefighters are coming up now to help the trapped people."

[Xantalos]

"Indeed. Now Light, this is what we're going to do. I'm going to help you out of here on foot and you'll pretend that you're my friend and that I'm escorting you home. Blow our cover, and I'll recapture you, break your arms and legs, and introduce you to Sigurd. He doesn't like people who harm noncombatants."

"Either that or you'll find out if the myths about Succubi are true. Painfully."

"And Tomcat, and...you know what, I think you get the point."

Richard dismissed Pendragon, and instead summoned Oberon.
At least he could be explained as a drunkard. A tall British girl in armor, wearing a sword? Not so likely. That and they could keep that bastard, the Light, under control.

I suppose Richard and Jakc 'escort' the Light back to the hideout to meet up with the other team. Oh, and they bring Tomcat and Lancelot with them.

Lonnie looked around the building's hallways absent-mindedly. He called back to the others. "You know what? I'll catch up with all of you back at the base. I'm going to look for survivors. If there is someone trapped they'll need help." He started to walk down the hallways. Tufts of emerald mist flew around Tomcat, pulling itself into him. A thin green thread appeared, not being pulled him. He broke into a run to the other end and started to shift the rubble.

"One atta time! Yeah, hindsight 20-20, but at the time how would I know it was a pseudoname? I couldn't find work or get capital to start superheroics. I found him with a "Wanted" ad. He was real nice and stuff, and came up with a deal. He lends me a few sidekicks, you killed one you know, and a van for transport, and I give him half of the profit. He's got a bunch of those sidekicks, and he seems to have a really fast robot and a girl he was taking away, probably a hostage. Now don't hurt me! I was just trying to make a living and help people, and wanted to get Prof to pay up, and tried to stop him when I saw the girl, and...then this."

Tomcat digs through the rubble, and a few cops and such come to help.  They dig someone out...

Who could it be, I wonder. Jakc brings the Light over with him for a look.

It's a civilian, so nothing special. Is it fair to assume you want to take the Light back to base?

The civilian groans, stands up shakily, and puts a hand to his head which, though not seriously injured, probably hurts like heck.
The civilian looks to be an older teenager, with jeans and a t-shirt, short brown hair and green eyes.
